Tribute to Martin Fieldhouse, 1936 - 2026

Dear Martin, Family, Wishing peace and great memories of joy and shared times together. I will hold my memories of Martin with great fondness. He was such an inspiring and interesting person! To me, he seemed like a famed and distinguished person like how I would have imagined J.R.R. Tolkien to be. I imagine Martin and Larry now sharing time discussing optimization once again. My condolences and best wishes to you all.
